Project Overview:
For the music video of Knives by HUMANHEAD, I took on multiple roles including concept creation, directing, editing, and starring in the video. Shot in our rehearsal studio in San Francisco, the video visually complements the intensity of the track and has garnered considerable attention within the hardcore music community. This project was completed in collaboration with General LLC.

My Role:
I conceptualized the video’s theme and narrative, directed the shoot, and handled the editing process. My involvement also included starring in the video, bringing the band’s vision to life through a dynamic and engaging visual presentation.

Challenges & Solutions:
One challenge was creating a compelling visual narrative within the constraints of our rehearsal studio. I addressed this by leveraging creative camera angles and editing techniques to enhance the energy and impact of the video, effectively showcasing the band’s performance.

Outcome & Impact:
The Knives music video was well-received and gained notable traction in the hardcore music scene. The project highlighted our band’s creativity and ability to produce high-quality, impactful visuals independently.
